Our VMC department is an important feature of our operations, backed by engineers with extensive experience in tooling design, particularly for rubber moulding(molding). We specialise in creating industrial rubber products with precision, utilising cutting-edge CNC machines for accurate and flash-free moulding. Our commitment to quality has positioned us as one of the leading rubber manufacturing companies in India, known for delivering high-performance solutions.

In addition to our in-house tooling capabilities, we collaborate with Industry leaders – mould makers for more complex projects. Our facility is equipped with the latest machinery to produce a wide range of rubber moulding products, including precision seals. We are dedicated to meeting the demands of various sectors, making us a trusted brand in the rubber industry.

Our VMC department is a critical resource and we have engineers with years of tooling design experience especially for rubber components. In addition to our in-house tool making capabilities, we also partner with some of the best mould makers in the industry for complicated tools as needed. Our tool room is equipped with the latest CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drilling machines and polishing tools. Our maintenance department maintains and re-conditions our tools on a regular basis in our tool room. Most of our current moulds are designed and machined in CNC machines for flash free moulding in CNC machines with stringent accuracy levels. Material P20 is used for our dies. This gives us accurate cutting edges and also tear-trim moulded components.
