Rubber mixing is a key determinant of the physical and chemical properties of vulcanized rubber. Rubber compounding is a complex and scientific process that involves selecting and mixing the proper combination of elastomers and other chemical ingredients to meet the performance requirements of the end product. There are environmental and cost concerns that go hand in hand with the mixing process. SRKP has decades of experience and know-how related to rubber formulations & mixing technology. Our team of seasoned chemists, rubber technologists and operators have over the years developed our own recipes to meet customer specifications and also created our own proprietary recipes. Our mixing department is equipped with the latest mixing mill, kneader, pre-former and other equipment necessary for an efficient operation.
