Tools & Design

Our VMC department is a critical resource and we have engineers with years of tooling design experience especially for rubber components. In addition to our in-house tool making capabilities, we also partner with some of the best mould makers in the industry for complicated tools as needed. Our tool room is equipped with the latest CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drilling machines and polishing tools. Our maintenance department maintains and re-conditions our tools on a regular basis in our tool room. Most of our current moulds are designed and machined in CNC machines for flash free moulding in CNC machines with stringent accuracy levels. Material P20 is used for our dies. This gives us accurate cutting edges and also tear-trim moulded components.
